    building IP in Kawungan (Hervey Bay QLD), any recommendations for property managers, or those to avoid?

    I've been using Carter Cooper Realty since Nov 2015 and have been happy with them thus far. They were recommended by another forumite back in the Somersoft days. They also happened to be the sales agent for the IP I bought too, so it was easy to stay with them on handover.

    There is also DSB Property Management - About Us, which is a dedicated property management agency if you want to avoid real estate agents. I haven't used them and haven't heard anything about them, good or bad, but I did consider them as an alternative.
