    Hi PC,

New to subdivision and need some pointers on where to start. We have 4 heritage terraces in one line which are on the same title. It might be worthwhile to subdivide such that each terrace sits on its own Torrens title and sell off individually.

Wondering if anyone has done a similar process and some pointers on how to get it going. Do we need a planner to determine subdivision like this is permitted, apply via council and then work out what services need to be separated and get it costed? Just want to know what sort of process and costs will be involved to see whether it's worth doing or not. Greatly appreciate any inputs!

    Thanks :)

If it were me I'd seek the professional advice of a good town planner.

Thanks Sackie. Thought that might be the case.
