    Is Heritage park is good suburb to build your first home? Land available on the corner of green road and Waller Road.
    Any suggestions everyone. Thanks

    It’s just Green Road side Park ridge and Waller Road one side is Regents Park and another side is Heritage Park. So these blocks are just in the middle .

    Ohhhh the little Ascot/Doncaster/Goodwood subdivision on the north east corner!

    Is it $325-350 is too much to build the house at heritage park? As the land is $325.

    How big’s the block? And that must be a big house, or fairly high spec? I know construction has gone up but thought it wasn’t much more than $1300/sqm for turn key?

    Sorry, the new name 8n Brisbane is ' resource centre '. Still called dump in Logan. What are they called in Vic?

    You know I have absolutely no idea!

    We used to call it ‘the tip’ in Brisbane. Didn’t realise different councils have different names. If that’s the case there’s be a different name for each of the 30+ LGAs in Melbourne (compared to 5 different names in Brisbane).
