Signing a waiver prior to entry?! What a delight

Looking at the condition of the place and potential risks, I can totally understand the waiver and no under 16s.

I thought that style was shabby sh!+.

The staging must have cost a bomb.

Will go for over a million (circa $1.1-1.2m) - that's my guess.

Good luck getting finance too. That place gives a whole new meaning to the term 'habitable'.

Actually I take that back - it will be close to either side of $1m. Just noticed the land size is 76 sqm. Even by Newtown standards, that's small.

Not the worse house I've ever seen.
Great location, great facade, if the price is right then why not!

Wow. Demonstrate why location is important. It could be a vacant block still fetch the same?

I'd say more (not that I know Sydney at all) save on demo costs, and no heritage facade issues

knowing the newtown area.. seems bit expensive considering a rebuilt job..

1.4m total cost for a 2bed 2 bath no parking . average price for a good house 4b 2b no parking 200 sqm land in newtown is only 1.8- 2m..

easier to buy an apartment around the corner for similar size brand new with parking ?

but i guess for many "torrent title".

Sold for $1.05m. Interestingly, the guys who bought it are possibly attempting a reno/resell. Very slim margins if any given the land size IMHO. Top location though.

The vendor/seller bought it for $11K. Reckon he still has a mortgage ?

Derelict Newtown terrace sells for $1.05 million
