Hi guys- I am first home buyer and want to get something near to city so that my commute is less with train. I want to know how is Hemmant as a suburb, as of now its more industrial and has low socio economic residential(It looks like), but I heard there are lot of new developments that are going to happen, anybody has any idea about the same. Land is costing around 390k for 430 sq mtr block. I think it is expensive, can anybody shed some light. any help is appreciated.
Seems expensive for Hemmant. After build cost would seem to be way above average Hemmant free standing house price excluding acerages
