    I need help with my shoelaces :p. I have got these excellent runners but laces are too long.

    Look what I found at Nike online.

    I can do multiple knots to shorten to laces but I have a feeling that its not the right way. You can see in the pics it has got two extra hooks around the ankle one at the back and one front. I think they are there to help the shoelace circle around the foot. How would you tie the knot on this shoe?

    I thought the loop at the back of the shoe is to help you to put the shoe on?!
