Help With Real Return Formula

    Hi guys,

    Would anyone be able to look into the real return formula in the attached spreadsheet? Basically I'm trying to find the inflation adjusted value of shares in X years, assuming certain return and inflation rate. I have used two different ways to adjust for inflation - real return formula (column F) and inflation adjusted formula (column E) but the results differ by a fair bit.
