    The neighbour who probably dobbed you into the police probably also rang your Property Manager and told them that the police came to your apartment. The police would not need to report to your PM

    What's the chance your "disgruntled neighbour", to use your words, is a dealer and, somewhat unfairly, thinks you are competing with his/her/their business?
    If you've seen something, as the ad says, then say something.
