    Hey everyone ,
I have a problem I need help with in reguards to one of my brothers. He has a medium sized earthmoving business with great earning capacity and also a Granite Quarry which is also a great business and also at the tail end of a tip licence being granted aswell but he has run into cashflow problems recently and had his work utes repossessed today because of late payments not being met and also one of his machines .
His biggest problem has been himself as in been living life to the fullest , not knowing how to run a business properly being new to it and not leaving any in the kitty for a rainy day ! But has learnt a hard lesson and looks like losing everything.
I was wondering if anyone one knows of any means to inject cash into his business through an investor or borrowing outside banks because they wont look at him almost like they are pinning him down if anything as it is a really great business with great profits and everything still intact on the running side of things its more or less a cashflow problem he created himself and hasn't got the time to get out of the hole he is in but has the potential.
Any advice would be much appreciated
    thanks Boss

I would think it would be a hard sell given the cash flow issues to an investor. If it were me, I would want a high level of control over my investment to ensure it did not slide further. Sounds like he needs business advice/coach/mentor to get some separation from his personal spending and business spending and understanding that it's not ok to just dip in when you want. Hence the position he is in. Sounds like he has a great opportunity to do really well, just needs educating the right way to go about it.

Agree totally and he has learnt a hard lesson and quite a common one.
He has since sorted it out and is on his way which is great thanks for the reply
