Education & Work Help me choose a job

#2 is higher on my list than #3. I was offered #3 first so I accepted it.

I still have to do the security clearance for #2 so I'm a bit worried about resigning from #3 before that comes through. There shouldn't be any issue with it but I also don't want to be left with no back up if the offer for #2 fell through for some reason.

 

On second thoughts, maybe I should resign from #3 as soon as the written offer comes through for #2 (probably tomorrow)?

#3. You can't be outsourced

 

absolutely. looks like it is going to be either #1 or #2 for you so no point wasting their time and you also have to consider the person who is next in line too. eg it may be their dream job but if you hold on to it for another week or so by the time they get offered it they mightve been told this was a no go and accepted another, less fulfilling position.

youve already got a job offer youre happy with and hoping for one youre even happier with, no point having a plan C imo.

congrats btw! you must have blitzed those interviews to have a 100% strike rate!

I'm down here in CBR for the last 3.5 years yet struggling to put up with Sydney on the weekend when I'm back there...and #1 would be my pick as well. You will have a ball there if you're sociable.
