Help! External Brick Issue

    Hello there,

    It looks like my property has an issue on the external wall of its second story. It's a 7-year-old duplex. The wall is double brick. It looks like water damage but I'm not sure. Has anyone seen this before? Can I get this repaired? Can you suggest someone who can take care of this repair? Any idea how much a repair like this would cost?

    The property is located in south west Sydney.

    Email the builder straight away - it might be covered under warranty if it is due to a leaking gutter.

    It looks like mould.
