    Hiya team,

    Does anyone know of any lenders with any 95LVR FHOB allocations left?

    I've got a friend who is in a pickle due to a slack broker...sigh.

    Help!!!

    For established properties I believe the allocation is exhausted - some spots may come up for those who have pre-approvals & reservations that expire but it'll be adhoc.

    The FHLDS scheme is such a mess that you shouldn't rely on it. Every allocation has been consistantly over subscribed within a few weeks. Places still come up here and there, reliably securing a place is touch and go.

    There's plenty of lenders willing to help first home buyers at 95% LVR if they're got enough funds to cover the LMI as well. If they don't have that extra cash then they're taking a huge risk in signing a contract.
