NSW Help choosing property- plan to do future reno/ subdivision

    HI expert minds, I need your help. Please give me some pointers regarding pros and cons of each of the properties,,,,,

    I am looking to buy my first PPOR where I will live in for 1 to 2 years and turn it to my first IP when I move out of Goulburn. looking to keep for 20-30 yrs or longer.
    -something where I can do a bit of smart reno before i rent it later
    -subdivision and building small units/ duplex in 5-10 yrs time ( i know i will need to involve professionals / town planners to find out subdivision potential etc)

    i am sort listing a few properties to do some research, trying to understand pros and cons of each of them

    1. 55 Victoria Street, Goulburn Real Estate For Sale

    2. 45 View Street, Goulburn Real Estate For Sale

    3. 21 Prince Street, Goulburn Real Estate For Sale


    Please advise what are the down siders for each.. I am trying to learn what are the things look out for...
