    No worries.
    Books that are more applicable here by Australian authors.
    Margarent Lomas, Steve McKnight etc...
    You could take a look at your local library too, while some you might like to refer to often, some you may not read again.

    I'd add Jan Somers also. A little dated perhaps but the theory/concepts are very sound.

    There are plenty of other Australian property investment authors.
    Good to read as many different strategies as you can, helps form your own strategy.
