    Hi everyone,

    I am from Melbourne and in the past I regularly frequented and posted on Somersoft.. This week I just found out that Somersoft was archived :( but the good news is that it has been replaced with PropertyChat :) - thanks to the founder for establishing this, it looks great!

    I own properties in VIC and NT and after a short hiatus am ready to buy again.

    Happy to see that many of the knowledgeable forum regulars are still around and providing helpful advice.
