First tip - need to give more details (unfortunately) Primarily 1. do you know how much you can borrow? 2. how much deposit do you have saved up? The Y-man
1. Depends on your goals 2. Depends on your own financial situation 3. Depends on your risk profile. Someone who is 55 on 70k a year probably won't be looking to buy the same things as someone who is 25 on 200k with no debt.
@mrv445 What sort of tips are you after? Where to buy? What to look for? How to set up finance? Would be good have more info.
