    I've been lurking for a while (since the somersoft days). I have a PPOR and now saving up for the next investment, and learning all about the fun of dealing with the practical, maintenance side of property with the PPOR at the moment.

    When you say you are saving up for the next investment - do you mean you are looking to use cash savings for the IP?

    Thank you Jamie and twins. On saving up, I mean for a deposit, I don't have any spare cash at the moment past my emergency fund.
