Hello PC, I have only just found this forum a few days ago and I am bloody excited! I have been reading through so many posts and already learning new things and enjoying everyone's point of view. I am in my early 30s with a small family from Canberra. Own two properties and we are building our 3rd. I am here to learn more about IPs and how to use my equity to better my family in the long run. Hi BP; well done on your progress so far. Similar here...29 (but single) and have two investment properties..one was my own house and had to move interstate for work, so rented it out, and bought another one near where I now work in South Aus...will be renting for a while and hopefully move back in the next few years. I just joined the forum too, and am having a look around to see how it all works..
Hello LVR and welcome to you also! It sounds like you are doing well. How do you find living in SA? It looks like the market in the right direction over there.
S.A is quite nice..I'm down near Victor Harbor which is out of the city a bit. It seems as though there are signs of improvement in a few areas for real estate. Where I'm living is a holiday destination mostly, but some people would commute from here to the southern end of the city, I suppose.
