    My name is Ravi Shergill. Me and my wife came to Australia 3 years back. I used to read somersoft, never posted though. I am avid reader of propertychat. Would like to thank all those experienced guys who post over here. On to investing, me and my wife bought our first property eight months back (currently PPOR), Would like to buy more properties eventually. Thanks

    Melbourne for sure...... have to stay in this PPOR until December, then rent this one out and look for another investment property.......I am hoping early next year.......fingers crossed.....Thanks for welcoming.....

    Welcome, Ravi. Good to have you here.

    Early next year is a while away. I'm curious if you might adjust your plans if it looks like Melbourne won't experience much growth from the time you're ready to buy or if you're 100% set on Melbourne?
