    Hi Everyone,
    New member but long time reader.
    I found this forum very useful.

    I want to buy an investment property in Melbourne in next few months however, I dont know what is my borrowing power because I'v got a loan on my PPOR.

    I am also looking for a reliable, knowledable and responsive broker in Melbourne.
