Hi all I came across PC after a friend mentioned reading up here before buying. I don't have any property yet, but am looking to purchase a PPOR in the Wollongong region. I have been reading a lot of Terry's tips and watching a bunch of useful threads since I registered. I feel I have gained quite a bit of useful information so far and feel slightly better educated as I go into my first purchase than I could of been without any reading/reasearch. I will mostly keep reading for a while but I hope to offer some valuable posts/contributions in the future. Lifestyle.
Welcome Indeed this is the best place to start to expand the knowledge base. The old adage of you 'don't know what you don't know' is very apt in property. Are you looking to invest too?
