    I have a background in property finance and currently work for a private lender, Magnolia Capital, which provides short term loans to businesses. Here is the company website:

    Prior to Magnolia, I have worked for banks in various lending segments, with most recent being the commercial property sector, lending against property assets such as office buildings, retail centres, hotels, and student accommodation.
