    New to PC forum and a bit of old timer in SS (since 2006), and read / learning various aspect of Property
    Investment.

    - Bought PPOR in 2007
    - First investment property in 2015 (I wish this could have happened during SS era)

    I will be more specific, I bought in Newcomb close to shopping centre, school, library etc., it is neutral/positive return at the moment.
