Guessing by your awareness of Somersoft that you're already an owner of property? And any new purchases on the horizon?

 

Thanks Azazel. I am looking to build a PPOR going into 2016 then a 6 unit development on a block we own that's got an old house on it, straight afterwards.

Yeah have a little Steven but want to do lots more. I'd like to buy and hold and develop, sell a bit and hold. Want to supplement both our incomes eventually, hopefully well within 10 years.

It's in Rivervale. I've owned it for a while now. Bought in mid 2000's as R15 knowing that u can't have a decent sized parcel that close to town remaining R15. It went through as R40 about 2 years ago and now we can move forward with it...as soon as PPOR is built.

 

@Azazel Thanks heaps. I can't wait to get my teeth into it. Still a bit of a while to go though.
