Hello new to investing and thirsty for knowledge

    Hi I have just bought our first IP it is a duel key property valued at 620k and is now tenanted we have also just set up a SMSF to buy a townhouse valued at 355k which also is tenanted and have own home with 110k outstanding on 680k value.
    My wife and I have leapt into this with a ten year plan to help in retirement and give our kids a go if possible, we have little knowledge of investing and are keen to get advise here with the right direction on the way forward and look forward to hearing everyones opinions

    welcome to the forum @Azzgrip

    congratulations to your achievement so far, nice starting point there.

    re purchasing into SMSF, many lenders have closed their doors to SMSF, if you plan to do it, you need to be quick.

    re "right direction", what is/are your long term goal/s? what would you like to achieve in the end?

    on the SMSF front, if you have been fully and properly advised all will be well.

    if you havent ............. its probable that your various insurances are at risk
