Does anyone know of a thread or forum for developing a case against or challenging the Vic granny flat regulations ?

As a state policy or on a case by case basis?

The state policy. there seems to be some discrimination and I can’t see how this rule would stand up in court. The main issue for me is that the granny flat should not need to be a DPU. According to legislation I can only build the gf if I remove the kitchen and laundry. However 100sq. houses are being built in my area with at least 2 kitchens. So what difference does it make whether there is a kitchen in a gf?
