Does anyone know of a thread or forum for developing a case against or challenging the Vic granny flat regulations ?

As a state policy or on a case by case basis?

The state policy. there seems to be some discrimination and I can’t see how this rule would stand up in court. The main issue for me is that the granny flat should not need to be a DPU. According to legislation I can only build the gf if I remove the kitchen and laundry. However 100sq. houses are being built in my area with at least 2 kitchens. So what difference does it make whether there is a kitchen in a gf?

There’s plenty happening in the cost-of-living area as exampled by the price of lettuce, petrol, and building products. And let’s not forget the last two months interest rate rises. Here’s some stats and perspectives on the major cities.
