    Well 'hello to everyone' on this beautiful new forum,!
    Ive been about on Somersoft for a couple of years, and living a 'pinch me' lifestyle, We have the next week in York, then back to Sydney winter! (Exactly the same temperature.. but one place claims to be Mid Summer and the other claims to be Mid Winter) I worked it out, in York, you wear a Summer dress with woollen leggings, Sunnies, carry a plastic raincoat (which you will probably wear...) and boots, in Sydney you go for a swim and then 'say something ' about the water temperature...
    I'll worry about the Property Boom later...
    Seriously though, I like to try and help in the property management section.. and keep up with professional practice and NSW legislation..
