    Hi Everyone,

    Great to finally be a part of this forum. A bit about me:

    -long term property investor having bought my first IP aged 18 and still going strong 15 years later.
    - qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant and finance executive having worked in corporate for 15 years.
    - now the Founder & Director of BFP Property Buyers (www.bfpproperty.com) a boutique, investor focused buyers agency based in Sydney.
    - I have plenty of knowledge and real life experience as an investor/professional buyer and love helping people start their journey or grow an existing portfolio.

    My aim is to contribute as much to the group as possible all while juggling my busy buyers agency, my young family and my attempts at keeping fit.

    I'm only 34 (even thought I mightn't look it). Wish I could have started investing earlier.

    how many properties do you own ? Where? What? Debt? LVR? Cash flow ?

    I would like to know when, in your opinion as a buyer's agent, will those suburbs on the north side of Mt Druitt hit the magic one million dollar mark. I'm talking about suburbs like Tregear etc.

    Considering that in the last 7 years property prices out there doubled, then fell a bit and are now starting to heat up again. Me, personally, reckon 4 years.

    Sure, I got interests out there and a million bucks would be nice. But also, for the detractors of the Druitt it would be a good laugh.

    Very direct having only just met:)

    My Aus residential portfolio is large enough that I could quit my corporate CFO gig and create a business in a field I am passionate about.

    Numbers wise its 5 resi properties here in Aus (spread across 3 states) with a conservative val of circa $3.2m

    I think we'll be waiting a while yet. Perhaps when the new Western Sydney Airport and surrounding infrastructure is in place will be see strong demand for these suburbs.

    15 years, 5 resi properties and val 3.2m.

    Probably middle of the pack then. This is not a group of newbies that are your main client pool.

    Even you will learn at least as much as contribute here.

    Yes. You should probably expect quite a bit of that type of direct scrutiny on this forum. Especially if you are joining the forum to grow your profile in the hope of generating business... and your website suggests cash flow positive is your niche... hence the very direct questions. It's important to establish bona fides, wouldn't you agree?

    Probably worth updating your subscription level to business member as well :)

    The airport will be open by Dec 2026.

    And it's gonna be called, get this, "Nancy-Bird Walton" lol

    Thanks mate. Direct is good!

    Totally agree with you. Especially these days where there are plenty of BA's with hardly any real life or personal investing experience.

    My plan is to see how much time I can devote to the forum before I sign up for a business account.

    In the meantime it's good to be around like minded people.

    Hi Richard. I've finally jumped on board after years of procrastinating.
