    Hi All,

    I'm a 21 year old uni student, and I'm very excited about real estate investing. I've been doing some research into it for the past 2 months now, and I'm hooked to the idea of Financial Freedom. The idea of not relying on a job to sustain myself has been a real eye-opener for me.

    I joined this forum to learn about the nitty-gritty details about property investing and hopefully find mentors for guidance.

    Agree with @Azazel and @Steven Ryan . Time is on your side. If you learn what you need to do, take action consistently and relentlessly stay focused - the world is at your feet and you'll still be very young to enjoy it! ;)

    First thing you need to focus on doing is get the best income you can asap and develop disciplined spending habits.
