Hi Jess, our current place in Vic ? We're not sure yet. It's our PPOR now (it was an IP for 12 months when we first bought it), just sold one place which was our PPOR. We just wanted to get down to one mortgage and start afresh.. As much as we'd love to keep this and turn it to an IP down the track, it will depend on what we end up buying in NSW..
Thanks Jamie! We are.. ! It may be in 12 months or so.. have only just started looking at properties in the area and taking note on what's on sale and what they sell for to get some idea. We're hoping to get into a property northside of Wollongong.. but I suppose we cannot close off ALL options.. ! Who knows what might turn up!
