    Hello everybody,

    My name is Brad, my wife and I have just purchased our first investment property in Coes Creek on the Sunshine Coast.

    I've been a property manager for the last decade, so I guess you could say that I am late to the party. After buying into a local Real Estate business, buying an investment property was pushed down the list of priorities for a little while.

    I'm looking forward to building my portfolio and learning from the shared experiences from my fellow Property Chat member.
