    Newbie, only joined last week. I found this forum by chance, can't remember how, perhaps Google. Nice to see people here are passionate about property and also help each other. I am a late starter on the IP market. I only own my home and love reno work.

    Welcome, Zara. I think you will like this forum. A lot of very smart friendly people here. Also incredibly generous with information. Helpful and supportive. Also, you can find good contacts here when you have issues. I'm also quite new....sort of. I joined back in the days of Somersoft. Only recently rejoined under Property Chat.
