Hi Everyone! My name is Angad Singh and I run a boutique building company specialising in small to medium scale residential property developments in the greater Perth Metro area called Sadhana Constructions. I am a dentist by profession, and I started developing real estate back in 2011. I wish I had heard of this back then, probably would have saved me a lot of expensive lessons! I have been browsing through property chat over the last few months and have found some great information and met some great people (@AaronSice and @ColinRice). I have finally joined as I am starting some new projects and would love to bounce ideas off the forum and meet some more like minded people! Hopefully my background in construction, design and planning would also be helpful to some of you My personal interests are centered around using intelligent design and alternative construction methodologies to improve the over all cost, quality and sustainability of residential developments. Hi Angad, I have just recently joined but am excited in finding so many like minded individuals. Interested in speaking with another builder, I am wanting to get into property development of a bigger scale. I have completed a few build & retains & duplex builds, looking to jump up a level and take a more serious approach. I was doing most of the developments as PPOR. Hope to speak soon!
