Hi everyone! I have been following this forum and Somersoft one ever since I can remember and I really think it is a great community and I hope I can contribute in some way as well, not much of a poster but keen on reading though. I am originally from Estonia living in Australia, an architect in mid 30s who appreciates modern art, urban development and spaces that never existed before. Principal and founder of progressive, Perth based architectural practice, mostly focused to residential markets as the predominant trend trough the recent years. Property wise I am generally interested in all scale of residential developments, hence I would prefer to work for developers instead, rather than becoming a developer, as the architecture is my real interest and passion. Having said that, slowly but surely I am moving towards into the stage to build the first PPOR which is something I have been looking to do for a while. Meantime I keep reading, researching and always keen to discuss and share the views about the construction, property and development opportunities. Regards, squad
Welcome aboard I trust the Perth winters have been kinder to you than the Estonian ones. Cheers Jamie
Thank you to all for the welcoming comments... and yes I am already looking forward for the next meet-up and most likely are able to attend, have been at one so far and it was great. About the weather in northern part of the Europe... I would say bad winter in Perth can be easily be the best summer in Estonia, LOL.
