Hey All, Thought I would introduce myself, have already participated in a few threads so far, great forum you have here I'm 29 from Newcastle, NSW currently working as a Coal Sampler/Coal Quality Tester/Play in Black Dirt and have been in two jobs over the past 11 years in the same industry. Purchased my first IP at 19 on a corner block with thoughts to subdivision in the future, the travel bug hit me after buying and mainly used the single IP as a negatively geared asset for tax minimisation purposes while I went about living life. About three years ago I embarked on my development journey and met with hurdle after hurdle but am finally starting to make headway! So yeah, any questions, fire away! Regards, Arc
