    Hi,

    I'm a youngish property owner in Melbourne's CBD. My apartment building is more than 100 years old!
    Been following the apartment market for some time now and I know the city market here quite well - been to inspections and auctions. I can help you out if you have questions in this area.

    I would like to post something about the market and REA's in general chat, but I cannot? :(
