Hi I'm a newbie Wish I found this forum 5 years ago Got 2 IPs, one in Bentleigh and the other in Melton Victoria . Looking at purchasing a 3rd one that's positively geared , still torn on location, considering low entry points, Ballarat, Bucchus Marsh or Melton South. Any advice most welcome. Strategy is have a few for capital gains and a few for cash flow. Also looking at setting up a trust, unsure how it will work with the properties that I have bought outside the trust Thanks in advance
