    Just joined today, after falling across the website by accident. Seems like a great resource. Other than my day job in construction, and paying off my Australian mortgage as past as possible, I spend my time juggling some investment properties I purchased in the USA over the last few years. I've had some serious ups and downs in the 6 years since my first purchase and I learn something new every day. I'll most probably have plenty of questions that i'd like to get some opinions on, and conversely, I may also have some knowledge that I can pass the other way too.
