    Nice to meet you!. I am looking to learn from this forum and especially other invester/developer/builder.

    Just bough a house in Western sydney. It has a double garage , I intend to convert double garage to 1 Bed room granny flat

    do you know any good builder that can help me with? also do you know any good handyman ?

    Don't know any builders. Can recommend the handyman our PM uses out west.
