    Hi everyone, my names tom, I'm in my middle 20's, work as a mechanic in Melbourne and just bought my first house: a lovely 4bed in melton. People have been saying to wait until the correction is over but i figured it's better to take a risk now when i can afford it, rather than wait and possibly miss out. I'm here to learn about property economics, learning about current prices/price forecasts (especially around Melbourne) and I hope to invest in some IP's at a later stage in life. Thank you for having a look and look forward to meeting like-minded individuals.

    Post something in the Granny Flats forum. You will need to give more detailed information - location (regulations vary according to council area), land size, gragae size etc.
