    I have joined the property chat yesterday and thought that I should introduce myself:

    I am a retired mechanical, electrical and manufacturing engineer, I retired after 44 years of working life.
    e and my wife live in Canberra and own our home which was built in 1965 and I bought it in 1992 from Defense Housing in auction.
    My 12 square home is situated on 810 sqm level block and I hate mowing big lawn.

    Hope to derive benefits from the knowledge and experience of all members.
