    Hi,

    I am Max. I have been following the Somersoft forum and now property chat for quiet sometime. Finally decided to register. I must say this community has some very experienced and generous contributors. I have learnt a lot by reading the posts so Thank You all.

    Bit about myself.

    35 year old from Sydney, married And have a 3 year old kid.

    2011 - Westmead - 2 bed appt - 367k
    Currently PPOR

    2014 - schofields - bought land and house package - $640k.. Currently building with completion end of the year.. Will convert this to PPOR and put Westmead on rent.

    Hoping to buy our next property soon and have the finances ready but the sydney market seems to be crazy. Don't have the knowledge yet to buy outside of Sydney.

    Hoping to have some fun and learn on this forum.
