    Hi guys
I'm a newby investor looking at investing either in Brisbane or Frankston

Trying to find a reasonably priced buyers agent but they're all around 10k
I have 350k to spend so I'm going it alone and joining you guys to get your knowledge and experiences.

Which is better in these areas units or Houses?
Thinking North Brisbane or Frankston CBD

    Any advice would be appreciated

    Welcome @duanerek !!

Lots of threads on here about the next area that will do well, but for that price point I would be looking at North Brisbane and most definitely a house.
Whilst Frankston I believe will perform well long term I think that the North Brisbane market will do better in the next 12-24 months.

Thanks Coota - North Brissy runs against the grain according to a lot of media pundits but I reckon there should be some good buying whilst everyone seems hellbent on the Logan Shire

It's funny Margaret Lomas, Rich Harvey etc love Logan then Simon Pressley wouldn't have a bar of it. I reckon these forums will give me a greater insight

    Hey @duanerek , welcome aboard.
Read a bit here, plenty of people learning to do it themselves.
Might need another forum if you're really into using a BA and not doing it yourself.
