Hi, I just signed up to PC and thought I should make an introduction, even though I'll mostly lurk and read up on older posts. Originally from the countryside, the the upper North shore, I've been out of the country for twenty years. Planning to return in a couple years, so reading up on the Sydney property market. Recently bought a small place in Lindfield as an investment property as well as interim stepping stone accommodation back to the city, and also looking to move money back into Sydney property given the favorable exchange rate.
I upped and left straight out of uni, there's just too much world to see It's been long enough though, probably time to come home.
