    I am a long time lurker here and on somersoft and finally decided to sign and be a little more active.

    Little bit about me I currently have my PPOR in the Newcastle area 1 IP in QLD.

    Might be looking to add another one in the future.

    Looking forward to interacting with everyone and I must say a big thanks to all for the knowledgeable

    Which part of Newy? What's your view about Newy and its revitalisation program etc? What's the market confidence at the moment? And where about in Qld?
