    Hi everyone,

    Been reading around the forum for a couple of days and thought I’d sign up.

    Currently own and live in a property that me and my wife bought early last year.

    For the past few years I’ve really dug in deep with learning about property investing, developments, etc.

    I’m a big reader so I’m sure I’ll enjoy reading everyone’s threads

    Long term plan is I want to get into property development, hopefully sooner rather then later.
    Having the capital is the only thing stopping me from moving forward.
