Hi Shahin You are absolutely right. I work out if an office on Church St opposite the new Parramatta Square development where they are building the three new tower buildings. Really excited about the transformation ahead and the investment. Especially with the news last night about another 70,000 new properties to be buoy as part of the plan.
I had to google what Parramatta Square was - thats great news for the area. How much is retail space going for per sqm in the area (sale and lease)?
I'm not too sure how much the cost is per sqm in the area. But definitely know there's very little supply for office suites, especially ones under 100m2 for sale or for lease. Seems that everyone is holding onto it and aiming to take advantage of the future growth of the suburb as the investments keep flowing into the place.
