    Wanted to share my experience with Lite and Easy

    My partner and I decided to try this product, lose some unwanted kilos and get healthy

    I am loving the food, so fresh, deliver to my house every Wednesday.

    Great selections and there are various options in terms of calorie intake, I am on 1200 per day and partner 1500

    no more cooking, its wonderful

    its been 4 weeks and on average am losing 1 kg per week. My partner is losing more but he is far more active


    the only down side is the cost, $280 pw, for us both, 2 meals per day. We make our own breakfast

    anyone else have good experiences using this type of service??

    Nope - but I did switch to using the Lady Shake a month or so back and have lost around 10kg.

    I only have it for breakfast and, instead of two scoops in water, I make it with 1 scoop in milk ... usually keeps me full until dinner with perhaps just a cheese and cracker snack mid-arvo (still enjoy my after dinner chocolate :))

    The best weight loss advice I ever got was from a colleague who always looked amazing. I asked her how she stays so slim and the answer nearly floored me ... "I only eat when I'm hungry. If I'm not hungry I don't eat"

    So logical

    Yes I know this one....only eat when hungry, but if it were that easy everyone would be slim

    good this is working for you:) thats a big loss

    I tried one a while back, guaranteed to lose 5-10 ugly kilos.

    I lost the kilos but didn't lose the ugly. It was highly selective. :confused:

    I am still on lite and easy, lost 6 kg, now in normal BMI range

    Partner 11 kg, his far more active, golf, bike riding, fishing

    The other good thing is lite and easy curries are close to restaurant quality. You get to work out what is really good to order
    This company is very efficient, drop off food on Wednesday for 7 days

    On the health side of things my blood pressure was in the high side of normal, now normal. I have limited alcohol to 1 bottle per week.

    we dine out once/twice per week, you still need to live life and socialise

    I never want to cook again. Lol

    I also swap meals around, on some occasions when really hungry dinner for lunch. Calories for dinner around 400 C. Lunch around 300 calories

    chicken djon with rice, favorite meal

    I used to cook this meal, I prefer lite and easy
