    Ingredients

    1/2cup of oats
2 large eggs or 3 small eggs
    1/2 cup of cottage cheese
    Pinch of cinnamon

Blend together. Medium non stick pan with a bit of oil spray. Pour them into DVD size circle . I like to chop up some banana so it cooks into them.

At the end I used a teaspoon of Nutella for a bit more sweetness. Delish:p been eating these for breakfast for the last week. Everything but the bit of Nutella is healthy.

    Nutritional info is something like

    Protein - 28g
    Carbs - 45g
    Fat - 19g

    450cals

Chuck a scoop of protein powder in as well if you want to increase the protein count.

Just be careful it doesn't go rubbery with it. Will need to increase the fat to compensate (ie eggs or something else)
