I remember reading on somersoft (can't remember who had it in their sig so apologies on the recognition) something along the lines of "A healthy man has many wishes. An unhealthy man has only one".

Your health is the most important investment you can make...

    Quick and easy.

Pouch of microwaveable rice, small tin tuna, heat a cup of mixed frozen veges.
    Mix together.
    Dinner in about five minutes.
    Apple for dessert!

Are you really poor with multiple jobs? Are you paying off a gambling debt or have you over extended on all your loans?

What exactly are trying to achieve by running yourself to a fast death?

You are crying poor unnecessarily. You have more than $1m in asset (plus super) and only carrying good debt. I believe you work for the government, where leave entitlements are generous. Give yourself a holiday and get your health back. Many cheap holidays available through Jetstar.

    Dude - solution very simple.

    Sell the 4 regionals.
You'll have about $80k left after costs and tax.
Throw it into commercial prop market at 6% (through REIT)
Generate $4,800 (net of interest, maintenance) and still get tax benefits for depreciation etc

Done. No more extra crazy work required.

"if you can't then you must" - if you're too busy for a day off then it means you need a day off and longer. What's the worst that's going to happen?

Take the one week sick leave per Dr recommendations. No one is going to praise you for being very sick and still turning up to work.

    Get well soon.

    Poor Darling Boy.
You always seem to be suffering.
Things will become better one day.

Hope those pigeons aren’t bothering you too much anymore.

Get youfoodz delivered - for $10 a meal it’s probably the same price as hungry jacks but much healthier and super convenient. Have one for lunch and dinner - have something healthy for breakfast.

    Cheers
